Microsoft redraws the map for Teams Telephony in Sweden.
Microsoft makes its Teams telephony available in Sweden and opens up new opportunities to take advantage of Microsoft Teams for corporate telephony.Until now, there has been one option to get telephony into Microsoft Teams, via the so-called Direct Routing service. It is a fantastic service where you as a customer has the freedom to pick your favorite carrier of choice, add additional telephony services and enjoy a complete corporate telephony solution. Freedom of choice and additional services in all glory, sometimes you just need the basics.
On October 1, Microsoft launches its Teams telephony service in Sweden, and enter the Swedish market as a carrier. The service is called Calling Plans and is already available in a handful of other countries, including the United States, England, Germany, and France.
